After jam improvements
After the jam ended, I finished the intro animations and other details I would've liked to cram in. The berserker AI turned out to be way more fun than anticipated with very little improvement from the static scare crow AI that was in the jam version, so I'm biting rear parts of my body for not getting that in.
Now that the AI does move, too, it's important to finally have that iconic 3-2-1 count down before battle. This also gives the player enough time to check the color distribution now displayed next to the VS text, not only handy for colorblind people.
There's still some stuff I'd like to add, like sound, WASD movement, and a stun attack.
I do have ideas to make the color system more dynamic and tactical, too, but I doubt I can make that fun to use in the time I want to spend on it. We'll see how much of my list ends up being added to the game.
